Align With Joy (AWJ) is a professional holistic/alternative complimentary healing and coaching business. All clients understand and agree that neither AWJ nor Wendy Lee Hargett (aka: Wendy Lee Baldwin Hargett) are responsible for your outcomes. You take full responsibility. You deem said parties harmless.

You agree and understand that Wendy Lee Hargett is not a medically trained or licensed practitioner. She cannot diagnose, treat or cure you or anyone. You are your own healer. You agree that you are medically and mentally sound to participate in coaching and or the use of energy-based practices that involve the conscious and subconscious mind. You understand that you are always in control of your sessions and learning and can choose to not participate.

By implementing the ideas, suggestions and questions throughout this material (video/audio/printed matter/live classes/private sessions), you understand and agree that using the following program and the suggestions within is experiential, for entertainment purposes, educational and used at your own risk.

 Refunds: No refunds. By agreeing to these terms, this is your commitment to yourself to show up and participate to your fullest ability. You acknowledge that you and only you are responsible for your experiences and outcome. You agree to take full responsibility for your outcomes or percieved lack of outcomes.

Privacy: Your information is kept private. You also agree to keep other people's shared information private. Some programs will be recorded LIVE and made available for review. You agree to be recorded and have video made available to the private group.
